Loft update: 6″ step into each room. Three access doors total: one 24″ × 36″ door from each loft into storage above the bedrooms, plus one 28″ × 48″ catwalk door to the mechanical area. The rear loft walls are solid drywall.

Interior design: your marked U-shaped kitchen, left-wall sink, rear range, three peninsula stools, right-side fridge and stair, left-wall TV and right-side loveseat. Appliances and furniture use typical sizes.

Stair proposal: 3′1.8″ wide × 3′4.9″ run to the assumed 9′ loft. Bottom step aligns with the bar top front edge. Very steep, ladder-like concept with approximately 2.9″ treads; not a construction-ready stair. Stairs meet the front edge of the intact catwalk floor. Both loft rooms have a 6″ step up from the catwalk. Headroom, landing, structure and fridge ventilation remain unverified.

Use Viewpoint to switch between the ground floor and loft; walking does not climb the proposed stair. Turn Finished interior off to compare with the original framing.

Corrected interior: 38′ × 28′4″, with 11′6″ / 15′ / 11′6″ bays. The original 40′ × 30′ steel envelope is a separate reference.

1″ difference on the left: the room depths add to 28′3″. This model holds the 28′4″ overall and temporarily shows Bath 1 at 8′10″ instead of the labeled 8′9″.

Loft sketch: read as Loft 1: 9′10″ × 11′5″; Loft 2: 9′9″ × 11′5″; catwalk: 15′2″ × 4′5″. Beam clearance is 5′3″ above the loft floor. Access opening: 28″ × 48″.

Proposed loft adjustment: each outer wall has moved 6″ toward the exterior, narrowing the side gaps. The rooms now model at 10′4″ and 10′3″ wide; original sketch measurements are listed above. The catwalk and room entrances stay in place, with its rear edge 1′ behind the loft rear edges. Final room widths and exterior offsets still need confirmation.

The catwalk remains provisionally 9′ above the main floor; loft rooms are 6″ higher; the 18′ peak does not determine floor thickness. Beam and access-opening positions, knee walls and 12′ eaves remain estimates. The upstairs viewpoint uses a 5′ eye height to review the low beam.

Exterior: siding, dark trim, front windows and porch roof form follow the photographs. The rear carport now includes its concrete slab, metal roof and wood-wrapped posts. Its 26′ × 20′ footprint, roof heights, post spacing and shallow rear awning are estimates from the rear photo. Porch dimensions, roof junctions and window sizes also remain approximate.

Coat/pantry door openings await confirmation. The rear door is provisionally on the hallway axis.

Wall positions follow the dimension reference grid. Partition thickness and exact stud-face offsets still need reconciling.
